Civil & Earthworks Supervisor Perth Metro & FIFO Pilbara | Full-Time Roles | Immediate Start FIFO Roster : 8&6 Lead Civil & Drill Pad Operations with a Trusted WA Contractor We have multiple positions available across different sites, locations, and rosters. We are a growing Western Australian civil and remediation contractor supporting mining, exploration and infrastructure clients across the state. With a strong focus on Safety Quality and Leadership We are seeking experienced Civil & Earthworks Supervisors with demonstrated capability in drill pad construction to oversee site operations across our Perth and Pilbara projects. You will lead field teams delivering earthworks, remediation, material handling, drill pad preparation, access track construction, drainage and general civil works. The Opportunity As a Civil & Earthworks Supervisor, you will oversee : Civil earthworks, pad construction and exploration support Drill pad preparation, trimming, compaction and final shaping Light and heavy machinery coordination for access tracks and pad cut / fill Material placement, drainage control, batter shaping and reinstatement Sleeper, remediation or waste handling works (project dependent) Coordination of transport for export materials You will be the key site leader ensuring crews operate safely, efficiently and in line with client specifications and project documentation. Key Responsibilities Supervise the construction of drill pads, sumps, laydown areas and access roads Plan and sequence civil works using excavators, graders, loaders, water carts and trucks Oversee ground prep, cut / fill, compaction and pad finishing to exploration standards Coordinate daily activities with drill crews, survey teams and client representatives Conduct pre-starts, hazard assessments, Take Time Talks and critical control verification Interpret design requirements, drill collar locations and pad specifications Manage drainage controls, erosion mitigation and safe water management Ensure all works are delivered to quality, schedule and HSE expectations Complete daily reports, progress updates and site documentation Mentor operators, labourers and new team members Coordinate logistics, plant movements and materials for remote operations What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Earthworks Supervisor or Leading Hand Drill pad construction and exploration support experience (highly regarded) Strong civil background : earthworks, access tracks, drainage and remediation Ability to interpret design drawings, levels and pad specifications Solid understanding of safety systems and critical risk controls Strong leadership, communication and situational awareness Current C-Class licence (HR / HC / MC advantageous) Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and site inductions Experience in remote or Pilbara-based operations is advantageous Preferred but Not Essential Section 26 – Authorised Person / Permit Authority including recognised training units BSB414 and BSB411 (Highly regarded for work on regulated mining tenements but not mandatory.)
