About the Role This is your opportunity as an experienced leader to inspire and lead a team in a purpose-driven organisation. As an Area Manager in the Inclusive Employment Australia program, you’ll lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance. Your Key Responsibilities will include : Oversight of Murraylands and Riverland ESAs with offices in Meningie, Murray Bridge, Mypolonga, Berri, Mannum, Renmark, Waikerie Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high‑quality, person‑centred services. Developing strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities. Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics. Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks. Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
