As anFixed Base Operations Agent you will playa vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all FBO activities. This positionis responsible forcoordinating administrative and operational processes that supportaircraftmovements, passenger services, and compliance with regulatory requirements. TheFixed Base Operations Agent acts as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, delivering exceptional service andmaintaininghigh standardsof safety, accuracy, and professionalism throughout daily operations. Key responsibilities: Coordinatingand schedulingaircraftarrivals, departures, and ground services, ensuringtimelycommunication with operators, trip support companies, flightcrewsand the Ramp teams. Respondingto clientenquiries and requests, including handling requests,quotesand general queries. Maintainingaccuraterecords and documentation for allaircraftmovements, fuel operations, and passenger services, in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Maintainingand updatingthe client database, ensuringaccuraterecords in line with company standards. Ensuringcorrect billing of all services in line with company standards. Coordinatingdaily ramp operations, including updating systems to recordaircraftmovements and service tasks completed. Actingas a liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors tofacilitateseamless service delivery and resolve operational issues promptly. CollaboratingwiththeCustomer Service Supervisor and Ramp Service Supervisor to ensure an efficient and professional service isdelivered to clients at all times. Key selection criteria: Previousexperience in Fixed Base Operations (FBO) or a similar aviation services environment,demonstratingfamiliarity with ramp operations and customer service standards. Strongorganisational skillsand excellent attention to detail,withdemonstratedability tomaintainaccuraterecords and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiencyin using aviation management software andMicrosoft applicationsfor scheduling, inventory control, and documentation purposes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, withthe ability to workcollaboratively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Solid understanding of aviation safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes relevant to FBO operations.
