Make an Impact As the Digital Performance Lead , you will elevate the performance of Endeavour Foundation’s digital ecosystem across our website, SEO, paid media, CRM, automation and analytics. Your data-led decisions will strengthen awareness, engagement and conversion across our Home, Community, Work and B2B portfolios. You will mentor digital team members, guide core performance capabilities and collaborate with marketing, brand, sales, service and ICT teams to deliver high-performing, integrated digital experiences. Working with agencies and vendors, you’ll ensure our digital channels deliver measurable outcomes and a seamless customer journey. Your success will be evident through improvements in website performance, channel efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates and the accuracy of our analytics. Key duties of this role are to: Optimise website performance using HubSpot CMS, SEO best practice, UX and accessibility principles. Lead performance across SEO, paid media, CRO – conversion rate optimisation. Run experimentation programs including A/B tests, UX improvements and CRO initiatives. Use GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce and Looker Studio to analyse and optimise performance. Build dashboards that communicate trends and insights clearly. Develop multi-channel strategies that increase awareness, engagement and conversion. Lead data-driven personalisation, segmentation and customer journeys. Manage agencies, digital vendors and performance contracts to ensure accountability and ROI. Collaborate across marketing, brand, sales, service and ICT teams. Uphold safe, compliant and ethical data practices aligned to privacy and governance standards. What you can bring to the team You are analytical, curious and solutions-focused, a digital leader who brings the perfect balance of technical capability, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen. You’re energised by improving systems, optimising journeys, leading people, and driving measurable outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in digital performance optimisation, or multi-channel marketing. Proven experience leading performance across landing pages optimisation, SEO, paid media and automation. Strong capability with HubSpot CMS/Marketing Hub, GA4, GTM. Ability to turn data into clear insights that improve customer journeys and conversion. Solid understanding of UX, accessibility, CRO and web performance principles. Experience delivering digital transformation, integrations and technical optimisation projects. Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent project management skills, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments. Experience managing agencies, vendors and performance contracts to ensure accountability and ROI. HubSpot, GA4 or Google Ads certifications (highly regarded). Salesforce CRM Experience User (highly regarded) You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
