About Us The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) offers roles that make a real difference in the community by upholding the rights of NDIS participants to access quality and safe supports. The NDIS Commission’s graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering a social impact. You’ll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, where you’ll work on real-world projects that drive change within the Commission. Your role A 12‑month graduate program. You’ll engage in projects and develop the skills needed to excel in the public service sector. Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams working on impactful issues across Australia. Flexibility in work arrangements to support a healthy work‑life balance. Training and development Complete a structured 10‑month learning program, participating in a comprehensive Australian Public Service graduate development Learning Program. The Learning Program is specifically designed for graduates across the APS, and you will take part in learning experiences involving real‑time interactions, live learning webinars, events and activities. Receive mentorship, career coaching and planning to help develop your professional skills. Guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator. Salary and benefits A competitive salary package commencing on APS level 4, $82,999 plus 15.4 % superannuation. Annual leave, cultural leave, and parental leave.
