Based across Werribee, the Western Suburbs, and Geelong, this vital frontline role involves supporting NDIS participants of all ages to live independently, feel empowered, and reach their personal goals. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where your role truly matters, helping people build daily living skills, access their community, and live fulfilling lives. About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll: Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and medication prompts Support community access, transport, and participation in recreational activities Encourage social connection, emotional well‑being, and personal growth Help maintain routines and promote independence in a safe, respectful environment Collaborate with families, professionals, and the broader support team Document progress and changes in wellbeing clearly and accurately What You’ll Need Strong communication skills (written and verbal English) A reliable vehicle and full driver’s license Understanding of disability and/or mental health support Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality care Availability during weekdays, including after‑school hours Ability to complete accurate timesheets and progress notes Requirements: First Aid & CPR (current) Working With Children Check Police Check Manual Handling knowledge or willingness to complete training Driver’s License and Reliable Car & Comprehensive Car Insurance Why Join Us?
