Gold Coast Sporting Hall of Fame Ltd – Southport QLD Responsibilities & Qualifications Within a group of volunteer guides, availability to cover mid-week school visits and possibly regular opening on a Saturday. Opening times are expected to be in the morning. A friendly and outgoing attitude. Confidence to lead groups of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities through the Hall. Good verbal communication skills to deal politely and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Be interested in, and willing to, learn about Gold Coast sports and the Hall's artifacts and exhibits. Be physically able to lead visitors through the Hall. Must have, or be eligible to apply for, a Blue Card. Category Museums & Heritage Commitment Regular - less than 6 months Type Of Work Education & Training, Sport & Physical Activity, Tour Guides, Information & Heritage, Time Required As a guide to the Gold Coast Sporting Hall of Fame, the time commitment is flexible and will depend on opening hours of the Hall.
