About the role Harrup Park is looking for an experienced Gaming Supervisor working night shifts to support and supervise the routine tasks of the Gaming functions. Working closely with Operations, this opportunity will see you provide exceptional customer service for members, guests and patrons of the Club. Professional, clear and effective communication is key to leading team members by example in setting a standard that ensures compliance with gaming regulations and providing support and harm minimisation strategies to guarantee guest and member satisfaction. What’s involved Projecting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Be the go-to liaison for the gaming team; brief staff, manage machine handling through processing payouts, verifying machine wins and ensuring accuracy, correct float handling, and provide machine information (how to play, features lines etc) Balancing and reconciling payouts per shift Promotion of Club events and efficient delivery of information to all patrons. Promotion of membership and VIP benefits Maintain a clean and tidy work area Ensure Legal and Compliance Requirements including RSG and RSA measures Ability to make surveillance and take security measures around the gaming floor Provide helpful customer service and handle complaints politely Familiarising and ensuring understanding of the Clubs policies and procedures To be successful, you will need: A current RSG – Responsible Service of Gaming certificate A current RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position in gaming Minimum 5 years of experience working in gaming functions Strong knowledge of Safety and Incident Handling Polished stakeholder skills; clear written and verbal communication; strengths in planning and prioritising to connect and engage the desired audience.
