A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Controller at our Samios Darwin branch. This is an exciting long-term career opportunity to work with a team of friendly, dedicated and experienced people. You will be given ongoing support and training with progression plans for the ambitious. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the successful applicant must be determined, hardworking and have the ability to interact with all staff to achieve a common goal. This role offers variety, with duties including (but not limited to): Purchasing and pricing negotiations with suppliers. All aspects of branch inventory control. Daily stock value analysis. Stock take preparation (manage annual stock take). Processing all goods returns and quarantine. Maintaining all customer price files and discounts. Assisting the branch manager when required. To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess the following qualities: Must have Inventory Management experience. Plumbing Wholesale experience is advantageous. Structured and disciplined with all tasks. Excellent attention to detail. Motivated and a natural desire to succeed. Competent computer literacy. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Team orientated.
