Construction Supervisor

About the Role As a Construction Supervisor in the Renovations team at Summit Homes Group, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple renovation projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with a team of experienced supervisors and management to ensure construction runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard of quality. This is a hands‑on role that includes trade management, scheduling coordination, and client communication, while also playing a part in developing and supporting trade teams. Key Responsibilities Managing day‑to‑day site operations across multiple renovation projects Coordinating trades, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety standards Conducting site inspections to maintain quality assurance Liaising with clients and internal teams to provide project updates Supporting the recruitment and development of reliable trade teams About You You’re an experienced Construction Supervisor with a solid background in residential renovations. You understand how to manage people, timelines, and project details while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. You thrive under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead by example on‑site. You bring a proactive mindset and a high standard of professionalism to everything you do. Requirements Proven experience in supervising residential renovation projects Strong understanding of WHS principles and safe work practices Exceptional communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver on time Trade qualification or Diploma of Building & Construction (preferred but not essential) A hands‑on, solutions‑focused attitude and the ability to motivate your team What We Offer We believe in providing the best work environment for our staff.
