Lead Inspire and Stay Connected to Practice We're seeking an experienced Manager of Therapy Services to lead our passionate multidisciplinary team delivering NDIS Early Childhood Intervention services. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to combine management with a clinical caseload ideal for allied health professionals who want to maintain their therapy skills while driving service excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO you'll bring your management and leadership experience to shape a high-performing team and make a real impact. You think laterally to inspire teams who are passionate in their fields to continually learn and grow. You have experience in program co-design and innovation.
