About the team and role: Property Systems sits within the Business Systems team under Digital Services and manages the application portfolio supporting core Campus Operations. This includes the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and other key applications critical to asset management, maintenance, space planning and general campus operations. Harnessing extensive technical expertise and deep domain knowledge, the team takes a customer-centric approach to develop, configure and implement solutions that streamline digital operations and align with the University’s strategic objectives. The Specialist, Property Systems is the senior technical role within the team, responsible for support, configuration, delivery and ongoing maintenance of property systems related applications across the organisation. This role involves ensuring that systems are effectively integrated, maintained, and optimised to support the organisation’s operational goals. As a Specialist, you will: Coordinate the implementation and integration of property systems across various departments and projects. Be the SME in the maintenance and optimisation of existing systems, ensuring they meet organisational needs and standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and ensure systems are aligned with operational goals. Monitor system performance and usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements. Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilise property systems effectively. Identify areas of improvement in business processes and streamline the use of systems to gain operational efficiency. To be successful, you’ll have: Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Experience in managing and coordinating the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of property systems within an organisation. Strong understanding of property software, tools, and platforms, including their integration with other systems and applications. Experience in implementing and/or supporting business applications in domains of Asset Management, Maintenance, Space Management and Campus Operations will be highly regarded Here's how to apply: Only people with the right to work in Australia may apply for this position.
