Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the team and respond to employee queries. Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and training activities. Support employee programs and recognition initiatives. Help manage expenses and basic reporting. Support recruitment activities, including advertising roles and assisting with candidate selection. Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Assist with the employee offboarding process and maintain up-to-date team records. Maintain accurate employee records and support HR system administration (e.g. ELMO or similar platforms). Assist with employment documentation and lifecycle processes. Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Support payroll notifications and updates. Contribute to updating HR documents and resources. Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports. Oversee daily office operations and ensure a safe, well‑organised workplace. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate workspace allocation and support facilities and IT needs. Liaise with building management as required. Participate in ad hoc projects led by the P&C team and lead smaller projects on an as‑needed basis. Desired Skills and Experience Strong administration and organisation skills – ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with HR systems (e.g. ELMO or similar platforms). Event coordination skills – ability to plan and execute internal events, including logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to perform basic financial administration including invoice processing and budget tracking. Experience Prior experience in an HR administrative or support role. Exposure to recruitment and onboarding processes. Experience coordinating meetings and events. Familiarity working with HR systems. Experience managing office operations, including facilities coordination.
