Develop and deploy frameworks and models to optimize preferred supplier selection supporting both category sourcing strategies and project delivery requirements. Ensure supply chain solutions are aligned with broader business transformation initiatives and the organization’s technology roadmap. Project Leadership & Execution Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to execution and post‑implementation review. Lead cross‑functional project teams ensuring clearly defined roles, responsibilities and accountability. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to transitioning technical environments and supplier dependencies. Data‑Driven Decision Making Utilize advanced analytics to evaluate supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies and anticipate future demand. Design and implement reporting tools that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations that enhance business agility and resilience. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, particularly in supply chain finance and project teams, to co‑develop effective solutions. Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align on priorities, define solution pathways and build consensus. Lead change management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working. Could You Be Our Senior Supply Chain Solutions Lead Hold extensive experience in supply chain strategy, project execution or supplier enablement. Demonstrated success in navigating complex and evolving technical environments. Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (critical) with experience in data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau and working knowledge of SQL (preferred). Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Lean Six Sigma is advantageous. Background in solution architecture or large‑scale supply chain transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in fast‑paced dynamic settings.
