As a Property Manager with Freeman's, you will be responsible for: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants through regular communication and updates. Portfolio Management: Overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and repairs. Problem Solving: Resolving issues efficiently and effectively while thinking critically and acting quickly. Negotiating: Finding solutions that satisfy all stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, other agents, and tradespeople.
