The Opportunity 7 months Full time (hybrid) Sydney Build your portfolio legal career with this well-known business About You You are an experienced disputes / litigation lawyer You have the ability to advise business and key stakeholders in relation to investigations, reviews, enquiries and litigation on regulatory investigation matters You are experienced in managing complex investigations and inquiries lead by bodies such as ASIC, ACCC and APRA You have the ability to proactively review high-risk areas to assess exposure from industry and regulatory developments You have the ability to work closely with legal and regulatory teams to advise business stakeholders on regulatory risks and emerging issues You have the ability to identify and monitor legal risks related to disputes and litigation, escalating issues as needed You are solutions focussed with excellent professional and commercial judgement, decision making and problem solving skills You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise You have a minimum of 5 years' experience You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business You have a current practising certificate You have the right to live and work in Australia Ashurst Reach Ashurst Reach is Ashurst's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm's clients and Practice Groups within the firm with access to a high quality talent pool of lawyers and paralegals.
