Personal Care Worker | Aged Care - Infinite Aged Care Infinite Care takes pride in providing industry‑leading resident care and services. Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) support elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and Night shifts. The role is based at our new Melbourne care home located in Knoxfield. You will work closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams, performing resident‑centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled, supportive senior carers and managers. Location Knoxfield, Victoria, Australia Employment type Part‑time Seniority level Entry level Job Function Other Responsibilities Your day‑to‑day tasks will include assisting residents with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and engaging them in activities that promote independence and wellbeing. You will follow strict safety procedures, provide timely handovers, and support the team in maintaining the highest standard of workplace safety. Qualifications & Requirements Passion for making a difference and willingness to help deliver quality care services every day. Very positive teamwork attitude, trusted co‑worker, excellent time management, and adherence to safety procedures. Computer savvy, including emailing, Word and navigating in‑house training platforms. Excellent workplace safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling or hurting themselves. Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or completion of 1st year nursing studies with an aged care placement. Other Cert III courses in related health‑care studies are also recognised. Industry work placement required to meet compliance standards. Hold NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it. Undergo pre‑employment checks, including an online medical check and work rights verification, and provide proof of age (driver's licence or age card).
