Fraud Detection Lead - Personal Injury Job No: Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBDBrisbane - Outer SuburbsMelbourne - Inner Suburbs & CBD Permanent Full Time Insurance Pay Band 5 Brisbane Sydney Melbourne CBD location / hybrid working Lead cross-functional working groups to educate and engage relevant stakeholders in Personal Injury Investigations Drive creative and critical thinking training and mindsets within the Personal Injury Investigations function Permanent role About the Role The Fraud Detection Lead exists to support the Personal Injury Investigations teams execution to evaluate and prioritise investigation of insurance claims for potential fraud in Suncorp Insurance. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely relevant and accurate assessment of fraud alerts using advanced detection tools and methodologies to support business understanding and outcomes relating to insurance fraud. What You’ll Do Support the business in design and improvement across our existing automated fraud control measures Support the business to identify control weaknesses and advising on rectifications Lead the PIC Fraud Detection function providing direction feedback and support Foster a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement Ensure team members are informed engaged and contributing to shared goals.
