As Food Services Director, you will shape the end-to-end catering strategy and uplift the quality, consistency, and sustainability of meals delivered to patients Australia-wide. You will drive the shift from fragmented, site-based practices to a unified “One Ramsay” model, using scale, standardisation, and data‑driven insights to unlock innovation, efficiency, and meaningful commercial improvements. This is a rare opportunity to deliver lasting impact by redefining how nutritious, high‑quality food is provided across our hospitals. What You Will Bring You will bring substantial experience in large‑scale food service or hospitality operations, with a proven track record of leading transformation across complex, multi‑site environments. Strong commercial acumen, data‑driven decision‑making, and demonstrated success in improving cost, quality, and operational efficiency are essential. You’ll also possess exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the capability to standardise processes and lift performance at a national level. Most importantly, you’ll offer the strategic vision and leadership needed to drive a unified approach that enhances the patient experience and supports Ramsay’s broader organisational goals.
