Graduate AGV Software Engineer (Start ASAP) Join Dematic as a Graduate AGV Software Engineer supporting and developing software for advanced AGV systems in a global leader environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Support, maintain, develop, and upgrade critical software managing AGV robots in warehouses, distribution centres, and factories across the APAC region Assist senior engineers with condition monitoring, breakdown support, software development, and implementation of upgrades and system improvements Engage in a customer-facing role requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills to resolve complex issues Occasional travel as required by business needs Work within the AGV Customer Service team based in the Belrose office About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Proficiency in C# (.NET Framework), WPF (ideally using MVVM), SQL (SQL Server preferred), and Entity Framework or other ORM Interest in robotics and automation Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Self‑motivation, effective teamwork, and ability to self‑manage when working remotely Highly valued skills: WCF/Web services, Azure DevOps (Git, Pipelines, Pull Requests), build automation, exposure to OPC/PLCs, mission critical real‑time software experience, and knowledge of warehousing and logistics concepts Compensation & Benefits Permanent role with a competitive salary Flexible working arrangements (hybrid work from home and Belrose office) On‑call Roster Allowance Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program Novated Leasing Paid Parental Leave Local and Global recognition awards Service Milestone Awards Social Club Fitness Passport – discounted access to gyms and pools for employees and their families Training & Development Opportunities to learn from technical experts and gain valuable experience working alongside senior engineers.
