We combine traditional physiotherapy practices with emerging technologies such as Cyberdyne’s HAL Neuro Controlled Exoskeleton Technology, the only exoskeleton technology in the market offering a range of upper and lower limb devices. We are seeking physiotherapists to join our growing clinics in NSW and QLD. We are seeking multiple physiotherapists to join our growing team at RoboFit. We seek passionate and motivated team members that align with our team values: Never Say Never We Win Together Spread Joy Drive Change Pick Up The Broom Driven to Climb Mountains About the Role The successful applicant will provide services to assist children and adults presenting with a range of neurological and complex musculoskeletal/post orthopaedic conditions. Working across the NDIS, Aged Care and insurance sectors, our team members provide clinic based services, community based services, complete initial assessments, design targeted therapeutic intervention programs and report as necessary to funding bodies and other medical team members. You will work as part of a growing multidisciplinary team using revolutionary rehabilitative technology that will change the way you approach therapy. A 2‑week training period at our North Wollongong location is required as part of the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a clinical caseload of clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke and others Communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, coworkers and other health professionals Conduct initial health and screening assessments to determine a client’s suitability for our exoskeleton devices and/or goal‑based therapies, manage expectations and create treatment plans Use sound clinical reasoning and evidence‑based practice to deliver advanced exercise services in group and individual settings to clients with neurological conditions Prepare regular reports for external medical staff, other health professionals and funding agencies Collaborate with other health professionals to raise awareness of exoskeleton‑assisted therapies for subacute and chronic neurological rehabilitation Perform client administration such as diary management and follow‑up of enquiries About You Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goals Passion for your career and expanding your knowledge and skill set to deliver gold standard therapy for clients Ability to organise daily tasks Ability to analyse conditions, utilise appropriate outcome measures and create nuanced, tailored rehabilitation plans on an individual basis Ability to work as part of a team and independently Commitment and motivation Passion for ongoing learning and progression AHPRA accreditation Current First Aid and CPR certification Driver’s licence and reliable car
