About The Role The Junior Account Manager will assist senior managers with client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and clients receive outstanding service. This is a hands‑on role that will build core account management skills and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities Assist senior managers in coordinating client projects and workflows Run reports, check stock levels, and track project timelines Provide accurate information and professional service to clients Prepare and update quotes, pricing, and product details Support client enquiries and ensure clear communication at all times Maintain records and paperwork with accuracy Uphold company policies, processes, and service standards Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach with willingness to learn Ability to stay organised, multitask, and manage time effectively Problem‑solving ability with a positive attitude Team player with strong initiative Previous experience in administration, customer service, or account coordination is highly regarded Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or digital marketing (advantageous but not essential) 3 – 6 years of experience Why Join Foenix Digital?
