A Little Bit about the Job: We are primarily a window and exterior cleaning company but offer other home-related services. We are looking for PRESSURE WASHERS, WINDOW CLEANERS AND INTERNAL CLEANERS. As a new employee, you will receive thorough, in-depth training before you set foot on a customer’s property. No experience required. During training, you’ll learn everything necessary to get you feeling comfortable in your new job. We understand that people have different learning styles. We’ve found that many past employees learn by doing, so our training system uses a mix of video instruction, hands‑on training, and job site training. Our Favorite Applicants: Generally have a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Like making people feel happy. Have good communication skills. Dislike egos. Enjoy working with your hands. Enjoy working outside in new locations every day. Like learning and are coachable. Pay attention to detail. Walk with a sense of purpose. Want to work for a growing company with room for advancement. To have pressure washing experience is a bonus but not mandatory. Also, you should: Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Be able to pass a Police background check.
