Our team, based in Emu Plains, NSW, operates nationwide. We’re Hiring We are on the lookout for seasoned and motivated Electrical Leading Hands to engage in diverse and challenging projects. This includes construction, commercial fitout, industrial automation installations, machine safety upgrades, factory relocations, plant maintenance, robot installations, and both small and large-scale project work. You will be leading teams across various facilities such as food & beverage plants, concrete plants, manufacturing units, quarries, mines, clean room factories, and pharmaceutical facilities. Role Requirements: Leading Hand We require individuals who are ready to step into a leadership role, encompassing technical expertise and team management: Trade Qualified with a current NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate or Contractor licence. Proven experience as a Leading Hand or in a supervisory capacity within the industrial electrical sector. Ability to lead, organise, and manage a small team, effectively delegating tasks and monitoring progress to ensure project timelines are met. Strong commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with all OH&S regulations, SWMS, and site‑specific safety protocols. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics with robust electrical knowledge, including installations, fault finding, and maintenance. Valid driver’s licence and general OH&S white card. Right to live and work in Australia. Strong communication skills, well‑spoken, and well‑presented for professional client interactions. Self‑motivated with the ability to organise and work independently. Pride in your workmanship and setting a high standard for your team. Highly Regarded Qualifications Additional training in Industrial Controls, Cert IV Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or PLC programming. HRW tickets for EWP, forklift, along with Confined Space, Working at Heights, First Aid, LVR/CPR, and EWP (desirable but not essential). Why Join Us?
