About the role As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for the participants' daily activities. From providing personal care, community involvement, completing reports, and following personal support plans. There will be opportunities for permanent part time work for successful candidates. The role is being paid at the SCHADS Level 2 with pay point dependent on qualifications and experience. Location: Waitara NSW SCHADS: Level 2 + casual loading Role: Casual Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 3pm Duties Personal Care – Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Achieve Goals Together – Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals. Community Connection – Assist with social outings and community participation. Stay Informed – Understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes. Positive Engagement – Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team. About you Experience working with vulnerable people of all ages. NDIS workers check and completion of NSW Orientation Modules. Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. Current Working with Children Check. Why Join CatholicCare?
