About You We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and committed professional who brings design strength, technical capability, and local experience to our studio. You should have a genuine passion for delivering quality architecture—and ideally take pleasure in spending most of your time drawing, exploring, and developing design ideas. As a core member of the practice, you will work closely with the Project Director, Design Architect, and wider team to: · Explore and refine design direction · Resolve design and technical challenges · Develop thoughtful details and comprehensive drawing packages across all project stages · Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff We're Seeking Someone With: · The passion and rigor to uphold design intent throughout the architectural process · A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem‑solving · Strong knowledge of local construction systems and bespoke detailing · A thorough understanding of building codes, Australian Standards, and local planning regulations · Proficiency with Revit/BIM processes and protocols · Experience coordinating consultants · The ability to produce clear, accurate, and efficient drawings Applications Remuneration will be negotiated based on skills and experience. · A selection of project samples demonstrating your contribution Please note: only Australian citizens, permanent residents, or long‑term visa holders are eligible for this position.
