Lead Educator – Permanent Part-Time (30 hrs / week) Lead | Inspire | Shape Future Leaders. Join St Joseph's Kindergarten & OSHC, where we provide a vibrant Kindergarten program, before & after school care, and vacation care for up to 120 children. We are seeking a Lead Educator for the Junior Kindergarten to support children’s growth, learning, and development in a safe, joyful, and engaging environment. Our purpose-built spaces foster age-appropriate learning, play, and creativity in a bright, welcoming setting. About St Joseph's Kindergarten & Outside School Hours Care : Location : Kerkin Road, South Coomera, 4209 120 Place Service (Kindergarten and OSHC) 3 dynamic rooms to spark curiosity Spacious outdoor yard Onsite Parking Key Responsibilities : Plan and implement a high-quality, inclusive educational program that fosters learning and development. Support children's growth by creating a happy, safe, and nurturing environment where they can learn and have fun. Engage actively in professional and personal development opportunities. Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's values and educational philosophy. Job Requirements : Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Standard & My Time, Our Place Effective workplace communication skills Why Join Us : Above Award PayEnjoy a competitive salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
