Assistant in Nursing at Apollo Care Alliance – Resthaven on Quarry. Your Role As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience in a person‑centred approach to care. You will foster a collaborative approach in supporting our residents with all aspects of their daily needs and emotional wellbeing, essentially creating what we believe will enable older people to live their best lives. Duties Care and services are delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan. Personal care: hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral and dental care, continence care. Mobility support, including use of aids and falls prevention. Eating and drinking, including awareness of special dietary requirements. Basic skin care: repositioning and application of skin creams. To Be Successful You Will Need Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or currently studying) – MANDATORY. NDIS Worker Clearance – MANDATORY. Valid working rights in Australia – MANDATORY. Experience in providing personal care in an aged care setting. A passion for delivering a person‑centred approach to care. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
