Finance Officer

Murray Mallee Aged Care – Murray Bridge SA Murray Mallee Aged Care Group (MMACG) is seeking a Finance Officer to join our Murray Bridge office. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our care services through efficient financial administration. About the Role Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the administrative functions that underpin our care services. This is an essential position ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Processing accounts payable Maintain accurate financial records and accounts Manage petty cash with full accountability Provide general administrative support for daily financial operations Utilise MYOB software and organisational management systems Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in financial administration and day-to-day accounting tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MYOB software (or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly) Current C-Class Driver's Licence National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment What We Offer Monday – Friday (hours negotiable) Flexible commencement date (late 2025 or early 2026) Salary packaging benefits Supportive team environment Meaningful contribution to quality aged care services About MMACG Murray Mallee Aged Care Group is a non‑profit organisation with over 30 years' experience delivering quality, person‑centred care to elderly individuals across the Murraylands, Riverland, Alexandrina, Adelaide Hills, and Metropolitan Adelaide regions.
