The Paediatric Speech Pathologist at Collective Growth is responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support the child's overall development and well-being.

We are seeking professionals who want to work in our growing team of health professionals to provide quality Allied Health services to the Gladstone region. We are looking for people who are keen to learn and support the development of others through sharing our knowledge and experience with each other.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
- Implement speech therapy interventions effectively.
- Monitor and document progress regularly.
- Educate families about strategies to support communication development at home.
- Stay current with the latest research in speech pathology and paediatric care.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred.
