About the role We are seeking an inspirational educator to lead our Business Services section and become a key member of the team at Bradfield Senior College. As part of the senior leadership team, the Learning Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping and driving the school’s vision and values. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence innovative approaches to learning and contribute meaningfully to the development of a dynamic educational environment. About You We are seeking an exceptional leader who embodies innovation, collaboration, and leadership. Our ideal candidate will meet the following essential criteria: Tertiary teaching qualifications and Stage 6 experience in HSC Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering programs/projects, working with a diverse range of staff and students Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with students, parents, and Bradfield staff Strong administrative skills and experience in planning and management of faculty resources Experience in and/or detailed knowledge of TAFE NSW, Department of Education and New South Wales Education Standards Authority policies and procedures.
