Role & Impact As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design across iOS, Android, and Web, shaping the experience of real‑world connection for millions. You will drive cross‑platform initiatives from discovery to launch, uncover deep insights, create intuitive journeys, and set the design standard for a new category. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Web—from insight to execution. Design seamless, human‑first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that just make sense. Champion craft and consistency; evolve our system‑wide patterns, visual language, and tone. Test, learn, and iterate fast to run lean loops and incorporate real‑world feedback. Push design thinking forward, bring perspective, challenge assumptions, and elevate the bar across the team. What You’ll Bring 8+ years in product design with a portfolio that demonstrates sharp thinking and real impact. Strong interaction and visual design skills across mobile and web, with attention to clarity and flow. Experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams. Bias for simplicity; you make complexity feel effortless and know when good is good enough. You guide decisions, share rationale, and help others do their best work.
