Selection Criteria Fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education. Sound knowledge of the Religious Education Guidelines and WA Curriculum. Deep understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Understand and demonstrate the importance of a flexible, student‑focused approach to teaching and learning. Show initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team to enhance student wellbeing and improve outcomes. Experience or knowledge of InitiaLit and Learning Through Doing. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Sense of humour and desire to make a difference. Qualifications Required Relevant four‑year qualification. Accreditation to Teach Religious Education (working towards or willingness to attain this).
