Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Golden City Medical Clinic in Bendigo, VIC 3550. This is a full time / part time position, offering a flexible and rewarding work environment. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival Scheduling appointments Answering and managing incoming phone calls Preparing accurate patient accounts and processing payment Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Assisting with general office administration and clerical duties Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors Qualifications Previous experience in a medical environment is highly preferred Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to details Friendly and passionate about serving patients Proficient in using medical software and computer systems Ability to work independently and also as part of a team Ability to work in a fast paced environment What We Offer At Golden City Medical Clinic, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
