About the Role As a Senior Project Manager at Amicus, you’ll lead the delivery of large‑scale commercial fitout projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes across quality, safety, program and budget. You’ll play a strategic and hands‑on role, combining commercial insight with operational excellence to deliver multiple high‑value projects concurrently. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders – including clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers, while also supporting pre‑construction and sales teams with technical guidance and insights. This is a senior leadership role within our Delivery Team and is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, continuous improvement and mentoring others. Qualifications You'll Be a Great Fit if you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally in D & C or commercial fitout). A strong grasp of contracts (incl. AS) and risk allocation. Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects concurrently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and inspire others. Experience with project and ERP systems (e.g. MS Project, ACC). Qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management (favourable). Construction White Card, First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
