RAC WA is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Construction Program Manager to oversee a strategic new initiative for RAC involving starting up a new Car Wash business as well as expanding our existing Auto Service sites in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a project that will establish a new business venture for RAC. – Work closely with RAC teams and external stakeholders to design and implement strategies for successful operationalisation. Coordinate across multiple streams including, external consultants and contractors, and internal business units including, commercial, legal, brand and member experience, technology, recruitment, training, procurement, and go-live readiness. – Lead the change management process, overseeing communications, training, onboarding, and go-live activities.
