About The Role Work in the Advisory Team. Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSF. Exposure to a variety of tax matters, including GST, CGT, FBT and Div 7. Tax Planning & dealing with key tax issues. Maintaining clients' asset register, adjusting journals and reconciliations. Working on large Corporations, SMEs and Large Family Groups. Managing a team of 4 Juniors. Liaising heavily with clients & external agencies. Study leave is provided to students studying towards their CA qualification. Skills & Experience Desire to complete CA/CPA qualification. Over 1-year of local business services experience. No time-sheets. Work from home policy, allow school pick up and drop off Involvement in advisory work immediately, including Virtual CFO, Management Reporting & Valuations. Full CA/CPA Support (Paid upfront + 4 days leave per module). Tailored, hands‑on training from Ex‑Big 4 partners. Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch‑ups.
