After all, there is a reason why we are recognised internationally as the ‘Undisputed King of Trainers’.As a Department Manager, you will work in partnership with your Management team to drive KPI's within your department by leading from the front and coaching and developing your team.You will also be responsible, however not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:Drive conversion, sales and KPI performanceLead by example to set management expectations across your team and manage performanceEnsure that your department is presentable and replenished at all timesUpkeep product knowledge and share with wider teamDemonstrate exceptional Customer Service standards and supervise team to deliver a ‘service over task’ environmentWork with BOH team to deliver shop floor product availabilityUphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellenceSupport management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processesSupport with new team members Inductions and on-going training to build bench strength for future store expansionEncourage team members to improve performance through effective coachingWhat we're looking for2-3 years' leadership experience within retail or like industryYou are passionate about creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customersYou have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's and communicate well with all stakeholdersYou have excellent time management skills toensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely mannerWhat's in it for you?One month paid parental leaveReferral bonus schemeTraining and development to evolve and shape your careerOpportunity to progress across all areas of the business including Retail, Support Office and our Distribution CentreTreat yourself with our attractive staff discount This can also be used for friends and familyAccess to our Employee Assistance Program & Mental Health championsWe are passionate about connecting with skilled and dynamic individuals who are invested in their development, so that together we can evolve our brand's success, alongside evolving your career.What are you waiting for?
