You'll make an impact by: Guiding and mentoring less experienced nursing staff Assisting with staff management, rostering, and performance processes Collaborating on practice changes to enhance patient care Managing resources, budgets, and supplies for your unit Promoting continuity of care with a focus on patient outcomes Join us and be a key player in delivering exceptional care within a supportive, dynamic team About You We’re seeking a motivated Nurse/Midwife ready to bring their clinical expertise and passion for education to the next level. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others and has the skills to drive positive change.
