About The Role We are seeking a professional Concierge to be the welcoming presence at our dealership. This part time role operates Thursday and Friday from 7:30am to 3:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. In this role, you will ensure all visitors receive a prompt, courteous and high quality experience, consistently representing the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Melbourne brand. The Concierge will guide clients to the appropriate department, enhance interactions with existing and potential customers, and contribute to Sales and Service Department goals. Responsibilities Greeting and assisting all dealership visitors with professionalism and courtesy Directing guests to the correct department to ensure a seamless experience Building rapport with clients and assisting with queries to support overall customer satisfaction Overseeing customer relationship management functions, including Customer Satisfaction Index tracking, CSI survey review and allocation, responding to Google reviews, and fostering positive online engagement to enhance customer experience and brand reputation Providing exceptional service to our Boutique clientele, ensuring they experience the luxury associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand Performing general administrative tasks to support the dealership’s daily operations About You The ideal candidate will be well presented, professional and highly customer focused, with excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple demands from both internal and external customers are essential. Previous experience in a concierge or receptionist role within retail, automotive or hospitality is advantageous.
