How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence. Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies. Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence‑based solutions. Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery. Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders. Qualifications What you bring to the role Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC or Social Work and AASW membership Willingness to learn and impact positively on peoples lives in tangible ways A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in peoples lives. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders. A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes. Confidence working independently in the community. Drivers licence and vehicle required. Eligibility for a working with childrens check and police clearance.
