About the Role Reporting to the Technical Team Lead, you’ll join our Software Engineering team responsible for the Taggle customer-facing platform — including visualisation, analytics and mobile solutions used by water utilities across the country. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design, build and maintain front-end, back-end and mobile applications. You’ll work across multiple frameworks and cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration, strong performance and a consistently excellent user experience across all Taggle products. What You’ll Do Develop innovative new product features that deliver real value to Taggle customers. Maintain and improve existing products to support rapid growth and evolving needs. Introduce process improvements, automation and new technologies to enhance efficiency. Work within Taggle’s software development methodology and lifecycle processes. Contribute to the optimisation and evolution of the Taggle product suite. Design and implement enhancements across customer-facing applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Working within an agile engineering environment that integrates both hardware and software. Harmonising components across different technology stacks. Delivering innovative solutions that support organisational growth. About You Tertiary qualifications or equivalent hands‑on experience. Strong development experience with .NET. Experience with .NET MAUI for mobile applications. Solid AWS Cloud knowledge. Proficiency with MSSQL and T‑SQL. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Strong team player who also works well autonomously. Passion for technology, continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Creative and analytical problem‑solving approach. High attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Preferred Experience 5+ years in software development. Mobile development using .NET MAUI with MVVM. Scripting (bash, PowerShell). Supporting cloud‑based production systems. AWS services including Kinesis, Lambda, EC2, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, Redis, Glue and others. CI/CD tools including CloudFormation, Serverless Framework, Terraform, Google Play Store and Apple Developer. Microservices and containerisation (Docker, AWS ECR, Elastic Beanstalk). Streaming tools: RabbitMQ, MQTT, SNS, Azure IoT Hub. Experience with data lake and ETL (S3, Glue) and PowerBI. Monitoring tools (Sentry, Grafana). Linux and Windows environments.
