Warehouse Operator/Manager – High Reach Forklift | Modern Furniture Location: Cheltenham, VICHours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm | Saturdays 10am–2pm (as required) Modern Furniture is a leading supplier of premium modern home and office furniture, delivered Australia-wide. We specialise in high-quality products packaged in cartons and are expanding our warehouse team with an experienced, reliable, and hands‑on Warehouse Operator/Manager. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, efficient, and capable of improving and streamlining our operations, while confidently handling day‑to‑day warehouse duties. About the Role In order to help manage and operate our warehouse, the following is required: Operating a high-reach forklift Picking and packing orders accurately Palletising, wrapping, and preparing dispatches Relocating and organising stock efficiently Maintaining a clean, safe, and structured warehouse Managing incoming deliveries and outgoing freight Implementing and improving warehouse systems and processes Assisting with transition to barcode scanning & digital inventory What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have: Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management Current high-reach forklift licence Strong organization and planning skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable work ethic and a hands‑on approach Experience in inventory management and improving warehouse workflow Confidence in adopting or improving barcode/scanning systems (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
