We’re looking for experienced RC Drillers who have operated Schramm T685/T685i RC drilling rigs or other (i) rigs. To be successful in this role Minimum 5 years’ experience in Exploration / Mine RC drilling on Schramm 685/T685i or similar i rigs. Strong capability to lead by example on Drilling, mechanical, training and safety. Ability to adhere strictly to Hagstrom Drilling's Safe Work Policies and Procedures. Self-starting motivated individual that is comfortable to deal professionally with Offsider through to Client / Managing Director, representing the company’s best interest at all times. Good with paperwork, meeting deadlines, and running your own “business” in field. Ability to safely & intricately adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skills. Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment. Requirements to be considered HR Drivers Licence (essential). Current First Aid Certification. Satisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months or able to obtain on request). 4WD Certificate (preferred). Working at Heights (preferred). agodened labour; Drilling, OHS, and T&A Certificates (highly regarded). Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
