Job Summary Keep the shelves full, fresh, and looking their best. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, take pride in presentation, and love being hands‑on this could be the perfect role for you. Join our Armadale team as a Stock Control Team Member, where you’ll play a key role in replenishing stock, rotating products, and maintaining strong presentation standards across the store. This role also involves assisting with stock receiving, register support, and delivering great customer service to help keep the store running smoothly from back‑of‑house to front‑of‑store. What you’ll do Replenish stock to shelves across Pantry and Chiller departments Rotate products to maintain freshness and minimise waste Ensure shelves are neat, full, and correctly ticketed Support customer service and assist on registers when needed Receive and unpack stock deliveries Maintain an organised and clean back‑of‑house area Follow all OH&S and food safety standards What we’re looking for Previous experience in retail or supermarket stock handling Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Physically capable of lifting and moving stock safely Excellent communication and customer service skills The Details Full‑time hours: Monday to Friday Shift: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm About Leaf Leaf is best described as a village grocer, warm, community‑focused, and passionate about quality.
