The Position Step into a pivotal role delivering direct clinical care with a strong focus on compassion, expertise, and impact. You’ll shape service delivery through active clinical leadership, participate in the on‑call roster, and ensure documentation is consistently precise and timely. Your contributions will extend beyond patient care, as you spearhead meaningful quality improvement initiatives that elevate the standard of mental health services. The Hospital This Community Child and Youth Mental Health Service provides vital, specialist care for infants, children, and adolescents up to 17 years of age. At its core is a multidisciplinary team grounded in a family‑focused, evidence‑based approach. Interventions include a mix of individual, parent, and family therapy, as well as structured group programs designed to foster resilience, connection, and recovery. The service also plays a critical role in crisis response and risk management, delivering timely assessment and safety planning for at‑risk young people. In addition, the team offers consultation and liaison support to local hospitals, helping to ensure coordinated and consistent care across the wider health network.
