Coordinator - Castle Hill Baulkham Hills, New South Wales Full-time $100,000 Description Join the Library leadership team Permanent, full-time opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and community-focused Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality library services to our community. In this position, you will coordinate day-to-day operations of the library, support staff in providing exceptional customer service, and contribute to the development and delivery of programs. What This Role Looks Like Manage the operations of Castle Hill Library including daily rostering, staff management and development, technology issues, conflict resolution and service development. Inspire and enthuse team members to deliver high quality customer service, utilising leading edge technology solutions, promoting self-service and concierge style delivery methods. Develop, implement and review merchandising and promotional plans for the Castle Hill Library in conjunction with Development Officer Community Engagement to ensure maximum utilisation of the facility. Engage with the Community within the Castle Hill Library catchment to ensure services and activities meet Community need. What Are We Seeking In Our New Team Member Relevant experience in customer focused high volume library branches Degree or post graduate qualification in Library & Information Studies or related discipline.
