We are seeking a GP Sales Representative based in Brisbane South covering the areas from West End to Logan, including a country trip to Rockhampton/Gladstone. In this role, you’ll collaborate with General Practitioners and Primary Health Care providers to connect innovative treatments with patient care, educating healthcare professionals and driving improved health outcomes in your community. In Australia, we’ve been improving patients’ lives for more than 60 years. What You’ll Do Build strong partnerships with General Practitioners, Retail Pharmacies and allied health professionals. Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about approved medicines, efficacy and safety. Develop and execute a local sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in your territory. Use data insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach. Successfully complete all product training and obtain your Medicines Australia (MA) qualification. Drive performance while maintaining compliance with the MA Code of Conduct. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification). Prior sales experience and/or healthcare background. Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to plan strategically and achieve results. Desirable Qualifications Experience working with digital tools and data to optimise sales. Knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare systems and the pharmaceutical environment. Why AstraZeneca?
