Senior Contracts Manager

To be successful in this role you will have:Extensive experience in negotiation and resolution of complex issues to achieve a positive, commercially focused outcomesTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Contract Management, Commerce, Law, etc.) and/or extensive relevant experienceSignificant contracts and subcontracts experience along with refined leadership skillsDetailed knowledge of business management policies and proceduresSignificant Commercial skills and specialised understanding of commercial approaches in a multi domain environmentExcel in customer, strategic supplier and senior stakeholder engagement with the aim of shaping optimal commercial outcomes for the businessSignificant ASDEFCON background / experienceAdvanced knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory standards, business management policies and proceduresDemonstrated experience working within an engineering or project environment (preferably within the defence industry)Special Requirements:Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and ideally hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.What we offer you:At Lockheed Martin we value our team and the contribution they make every day.
