Role Overview The AI Productivity & Customer Enablement Lead is the public-facing expert who helps Australian SMBs adopt AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and modern digital workplace practices , while representing mySMB.com across live training, webinars, roadshows, content, and community education. This role blends deep product knowledge , storytelling , and on-camera/on-stage confidence to make technology simple, practical, and accessible. The Evangelist becomes the trusted voice guiding SMBs to work smarter, powered by AI and the mySMB.com ecosystem. In this role you will contribute directly to mySMB.com’s mission in the following ways: Empower SMBs to confidently adopt AI, Copilot and M365 tools through live education, practical demonstrations, and step-by-step training. Brand & Community Advocacy Act as a visible ambassador for mySMB.com, elevating our thought leadership in AI productivity and modern SMB working practices. Event & Roadshow Representation Deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions, showcasing how AI and M365 empower SMBs to operate more efficiently. Customer Insight & Product Feedback Gather insights from customers and industry trends to help shape training content, product roadmap decisions and member experience. Key Responsibilities Training & Enablement Deliver compelling live training, webinars, and workshops focused on Copilot, M365 and AI-powered productivity. Create accessible educational resources (videos, templates, walkthroughs) tailored to SMB skill levels to support product adoption and confidence. Events, Roadshows & Public Speaking Represent mySMB.com at industry events, partner showcases, customer roadshows and community sessions. Deliver presentations, demos and panel discussions that build credibility and spark adoption. Thought Leadership & Content Creation Produce practical AI and M365 educational content: short-form videos how-to guides productivity tips template packs Partner with Marketing to amplify reach and build a strong educator brand. Customer & Internal Collaboration Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Support teams to identify customer needs, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Stay at the forefront of Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, AI tools, new Copilot features and modern workplace trends. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) and Microsoft Copilot. Experience delivering live training, webinars, workshops or technical education. Excellent verbal communication; confident presenting to large and small audiences. Strong on-camera presence and an engaging, approachable teaching style. Ability to simplify technical concepts into plain-English explanations. Passionate about helping SMBs succeed through technology. Microsoft certifications (MCT, Fundamentals, Associate/Expert). Experience working with SMB customers or communities. Familiarity with digital workplace practices, change management or adoption frameworks. Knowledge of AI-driven productivity tools, automation, and Power Platform.
